I'm a big fan of the Louisiana Green Gator Sauce! I believe it has the most perfect balance of pepper and lime I've ever tasted in a hot sauce or salsa. For me, it's paired very well with various vegetables, chicken, pork, and eggs. Give it a try!

We tasted the green sauce at a street fair and loved it. Since then I have been putting it on literally everything!!! I get anxiety when my bottle gets low… that’s how amazing it is.
Found this company at a Christmas market this year, they sold me on this gator sauce, its by far the best green style sauce/salsa I've ever had, gonna be ordering it by the boatloads now!! A great company and great people!
I didn't think there would ever be a sauce that could come close to the fire roasted jalapeño...but the green gator sauce is top notch and I find myself splitting time between the two...Red Beards has introduced me to my two favorite sauces ever.

This is my favorite hot sauce ever! It's so flavorful and has the perfect amount of heat. My heat loving boyfriend prefers the orange colored garlic habenero one that is more spicy, but this one is perfect in my eyes! I just bought 6 bottles.
